| 摘 要： | 成人教育的发展有其特殊的规律，必须处理好系统内部发展主体的关系，即教育行政机构和学校的关系，学校和受教成人群体的关系，才能促进成人教育的健康发展。同时成人教育的现代化要求弘扬人的主体性，在教学和管理过程中充分关照成人学生的主体意识。

| Abstract: | Education for Adults develops in its own laws which demand the proper treatment of the relationship of noumenon, that is, the relationship between educational administrative institutions and schools and the relationship among groups of adults. Meanwhile, in the course of the modernization of edu- cation for adults all the positive factors should be activated to improve the quali- ty of such education so that adult students form the main force of social devel-opment. |
