添加Cu,Ni改善Ag-W系合金的结构及性能

摘    要:本文比较了添加和未添加Cu,Ni的Ag-W系合金的性能,指出添加Cu和Ni的Ag-W系合金在浸透烧结过程中形成一个多元系有限固溶相。用电子显微镜观察W-Ni-Cu-Ag合金时,发现除Ag相与W相外,存在一个环形结构物包裹W颗粒。用扫描透视电镜(STEM)和能谱仪(EDS)进行微区分析证实这个固溶相的存在。列出一种含50wt-%W,余为Ag和Cu,Ni的四元合金(简称AW50合金)装配在电器开关DW_9-440及DW_(10)-200上进行通断试验结果。

Abstract:This paper compares the properties of Ag-W alloy with and without Cu Ni added and indicateshow the multi-element phase is formed in the sintering process by infiltration. In addition to silver andtungsten, a surrounding ringlike structure with tungsten particles was discovered. Experiment hasshown that a new phase of the solution exists in a sample examined by STEM and micro-locationanalysis by EDS. An alloy containing 50wt-% and 50wt-% (Ag Cu Ni) is described in this paper,and it has been obtained by means of DW9-440 and DW10-200.
