| Abstract: | With the three basic methods of heat transfer (heat radiation,residual gas conduction and solid contact conduction),the performance of the normal heat transfer in multilayer insulation has been studied and discussed in detail.The formula of the normal effective thermal conductivity (k eff ) has also been obtained.theredore,the theoretical foundation to improve the cryogenic insulation effectiveness of multilayer insulation has been provided. |
