| Abstract: | To meet the needs of the Network Video Surveillance System in social application and to improve the quality of the service, the paper brings forward a simple and effective method of the design and implementation of the Video Storage System to resolve the problems of the general file system in storing video and to satisfy the requirements of high capacity and speed in the realtime multimedia. |
