摘    要:本文试验了40种无机离子和20种有机物对锂吸收信号的影响.在给定浓度范围内,无机离子对尿中锂的测定无干扰(α=0.05).有机物的干扰采用NNO_3-H_2O_2湿法消解样品来消除.本文获得的特征浓度(1%吸光度)为0. 04μg/ml,7次测定的R.S.D为5.9%.

Abstract:In this paper, influences of 40 inorganic ions and 20 organic substances on absorption of lithium are studied, showing ex-perimently that these inorganic ions do not influence the determination of lithium in given range of concentration. The influ-ences of organic substances in urine are eliminated by wet-digestion with HNO_3--H_2O_2. The characteristic concentration of themeans (1% absortion) is 0.04 ug/ml and R S D of 7 measurements to digestion urine samples is 5.9%.
