小波分析在气缸密封性故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:论述了从检测燃机起动电压波形来分析气缸密封性的实验方法;并解决了轻微气缸密封性故障不易诊断的难题。通过小波多尺度分解,剖析了起动电压信号的本质,并对其进行除噪和重构。选择代表性Gaussian小波对除噪后的信号进行连续小波变换,利用小波系数绝对值分布灰度图和高阶代频逼近信号来实现故障辨识。

Abstract:In this paper an experiment method whose main purpose was to analyze cylinder pressurization ratio from the start voltage waveforms was discussed; and the undetectable faults were recognized perfectly. Through the wavelet multi-resolution, the components of the signals were anatomized. At the same time the signals were reconstructed after denoising. Continuous wavelet transform was used to analyze the denoising signals by the typical Gaussian wavelet. Both the absolute wavelet coefficient value gray figures and the high level reconstructed figures were proposed to diagnose the faults.
