工程施工进度的实时仿真预测与控制

摘    要:结合循环网络仿真技术,提出了大型工程施工进度实时仿真预测与控制方法.该方法不仅能动态反映实际施工条件的变化,对于工期的预测与进度偏差分析较之传统方法更具定量性和精确性,而且可对不同施工调整措施的有效性进行评价,同时采用三维可视化的手段来逼真描述实际与计划施工进度的形象面貌偏差,便于直观决簸.

Abstract:Using cycle operation network technique (CYCLONE) , a method of project schedule real-time forecasting and control based on simulated construction process is presented. This method can describe the changes of construction conditions during construction process. So it is more quantitative and more accurate than the traditional methods when forecasting work duration and analysising schedule deviation. Moreover, the effectiveness of different measurements for adjusting the deviation can be evaluated with this method. With three-dimensional visualization of construction schedule, the difference between the practical schedule and the plan schedule can be illustrated visually, and visual decision-making can be achieved.
