激光熔覆层裂纹问题的研究

摘    要:由于激光熔覆技术的一些特点,熔覆处理后材料表面极易形成裂纹,成为激光熔覆技术工业化应用急需解决的问题。本文系统地描述了激光熔覆层裂纹的形成机理,归纳了熔覆层裂纹的影响因素,总结了目前抑制裂纹产生的主要措施,为防止裂纹的产生提供了理论与实践依据。

Abstract:Some characteristics of laser cladding technique lead to the crack formation in the coating after surface laser cladding, which becomes one of the serve problems of industrial application of laser cladding technique. In this paper, it described the cracking forming in laser cladding layer in system, concluded the impact factors of cracks in laser cladding layer, then it researched the major methods of preventing cracks, it provides the theoretical and practical basis for preventing cracks.
