县、乡土地利用总体规划编制及数据库建设研究

规划是土地管理的"龙头",高质量的数据是实施的保障。目前,规划修编时利用的软件不一而足,较常见的有ArcGis、MapGis、Mapinfo、KqTools等,但编制的数据质量却参差不齐,除了编制人员本身具备的水平和素质外,技术应用也是重要影响因素。本文着重介绍利用ArcGis软件、基于Geodatabase,如何精确、便利的进行地图缩编、避免图斑破碎、储存规划信息、提取地类平衡数据、计算基本农田净面积等,从而出色地完成规划修编及数据库建设。
