催化裂化装置的非线性预测控制

摘    要:基于反馈线性化方法,提出了一种有输入、输出约束条件的多入多出非线性系统的预测控制方法。催化裂化装置(FCCU)的反应再生部分是一个典型的非线性系统,基于FCCU的机理模型,采用该控制方法设计了非线性预测控制器,并对其跟踪能力和稳定性进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,所设计的控制器具有良好的跟踪性能和稳定性。

Abstract:On the basis of feedback linearization, a nonlinear model predictive control method of a multi imputs and multi outputs (MIMO) system was designed when input and output constraints exist in the system. The dynamics of a fluid catalytic cracking unit (FCCU) is a typical nonlinear system. A nonlinear model predictive controller was designed based on the mechanism model of a FCCU. The traceability and stability of the controller were analyzed by simulation for a sample of the FCCU. The simulation tests show that the controller has high traceability and stability.
