| 摘 要： | 传统的实验教学模式在严峻的就业压力下已成为创新型人才培养的禁锢,具有创新能力的高素质药学人才正逐渐成为人力资源的主角。药学人才的培养应以用人单位的标准及市场需求为导向,以提高学生动手能力、创新思想为宗旨,在实验教学中融入创新理念,不断改进教学内容和教学方式,提高大学生就业竞争力。

| Abstract: | The traditional experimental teaching model has become an imprisonment in cultivate the innovative--talent--stuents,with innovative high--quality pharmaceutical of human resources. Pharmacy talents should be based on the employing unit standards hands--on capacity,innovative ideas and for the purpose before,innovative ideas severe employment pressure which was hard to personnel is gradually becoming the protagonist and market--oriented demand, enhancing students are integrated into experiment teaching and constantly improving the teaching content and methods,enhancing students employability and competitiveness . |
