| 摘 要： | 国槐胚珠为双珠被、厚珠心、弯生型胚珠。大孢子母细胞产生大均等的二分体。线状四分体，合点端大孢子、珠孔端第二或第三大孢子均可成为功能大孢子。胚羹发育为蓼型，成熟胚囊为８核。

| Abstract: | The ovules of Sophora japonica L.are campylotropous with dual-integrment andcrassinucellate.the megasport mother cell gives rise to unequal dyad and the linear tetrad. the chalazal megaspore,the second or the third megaspore towards the micropy end are functional megaspore.Embryo sac development follows Polygonum type.There are eight nuclears in the mature embryo sac. |
