摘    要:为寻找具有生理活性的Troponoids,选择3-乙酰基■酚酮(1)和2-乙酰基-7-甲基■酮(6)与TMB等取代醛反应得到缩合产物(2-5),(7-9);缩合产物3-(3,4,5,-三甲氧基)肉桂酰基酚酮(2)和3-(3,4-亚甲二氧基)肉桂酰基■酚酮(4)与羟氨和苯肼进行缩合成环得到苯乙烯基取代的缩杂环■酮化合物(10-13);化合物(1)与3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲醛在原甲酸三乙酯和高氯酸存在下反应一步得到2-(3,4,5-三甲氧基)苯基-4,9-二氢环庚并吡喃-4,9-二酮(14)。以上化合物(2-5),(7-14)为尚未见文献报道的新化合物,其结构经光谱分析和元素分析予以证实。

Abstract:3-Acetyltropolone (1)reacted with 3,4,5-trimethoxythoxybenzaldehyde,4hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde, piperonal and cinnamadehyde to afford respec-tively 3-(3,4,5-trimethoxy)cinnamoyltropolone 2,3(4-hydroxy-3,5dimethoxy) cin-namoyltropolone 3,3-(3,4-methylenedioxy)cinnamotropolone 4 and 3-(5-phenyl-2,4-pentadieneyl)tropolone 5.2-acetyl-7-methylaminotropolone(7) reacted with 3,4,5dibromobenzaldehyde to gave 2-styrylsubstituted-7-methylaminoiropoiones 8,9,10Compound(1) reacied with 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzzldehyde in the presence of ethy1 ortho-formate and perchloric acid to afford 2-(3,4,5trimethoxypheny1)-4,9-dihydrocyclo-hepta(b)pyran-4,9-dione 6. Compounds 3.5 reacted with hydroxylamine to give 3(3,4,5-trimethoxy)styry1-8H-cyclohept(d) isoxazol-8-one 11 and 3-(3,4,omethylene-dioxy)styry1-8H-cyclohept9d) isoxazol-8one 12. The reactions of 3,5 with phenylhy-drazine gave 1-pheny1-393,4,5-trimethoxy)styry1-1.8-dihydrocycloheptapyrazol-8-one 13 and 1-pheny1-3-(3,4-methy1 enedioxy)styry1 1.8-dihydrocycloheptatyrazol-8-one 14.
