| 摘 要： | 淡水涡虫作为研究发育和再生的模式动物已有200多年的历史.尤其是近几年,涡虫研究走向分子生物学和功能基因组学领域,这些研究有助于从分子水平上揭示后生动物进化、发育和再生的共同机制.本文从淡水涡虫的分类地位、胚胎发生和再生3个方面综述了涡虫研究进展,以促进人们对这个独特动物的了解.

| Abstract: | Freshwater planarian has been used as a model to study development and regeneration for more than 200 years.Especially in recent years,research on this animal is focused on the realm of molecular biology and functional genomics,which promises to shed common mechanism of the evolution,development and regeneration of metazoan at the molecular level.This paper summarizes the progress of freshwater planarian in taxonomic position,embryogenesis and regeneration in order to boost people's insight into this unique animal. |
