| 摘 要： | 援引大量数据,对比近20年来CBA中男子篮球后卫和以NBA为代表的世界高水平男子篮球后卫的特点,从身体素质、成熟年龄、进攻方式几个方面做出了分析和比较。通过比较,得出了我们在选材和人才培养上的差距和不足,为今后的工作找到了努力和改进的方向,期待能给CBA男子篮球后卫的培养提供帮助,对我国篮球运动竞技水平的提高做出自己的贡献。

| Abstract: | This paper compares the characteristics of male basketball guards in CBA with those excellent basketball guards in NBA in aspects of physical quality,attack style,etc.This comparison shows the shortcomings in talent training of basketball in China,which offers some references to the training of basketball guards in CBA. |
