大气总悬浮颗粒物中有机物的分析研究

摘    要:用大流量总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)采样器采集济南市环境空气中的颗粒物,分析了济南市大气颗粒物上的有机物的种类及含量;用索氏提取器提取其中的有机物,用自制的硅胶柱分离纯化,将分离纯化后的各组分用气相色谱一质谱(GC-MS)联用技术做定性定量分析.结果表明,从大气总悬浮颗粒物中共分离出62种有机物,GC—MS定性了53种,占色谱总流出成分的85.2%.

Analytical study on the organic compounds from total suspended particles in the atmosphere

Abstract:High-volume atmospheric sampler was used to collect the particles in the atmosphere in Jinan city. The analytical results of the organic compounds from total suspended particles in the atmosphere of Jinan were provided. Organic compounds were extracted with Soxlet extraction technology, and cleaned-up with silica gel column. Then the sample was analyzed to determine the specific compounds qualitatively and quantitatively by GC-MS. Sixty two kinds of organic compounds were determined in the sample. Fifty three kinds of them were identified, which make up 85.2% of the total separated components detected by gas chromatography.
