| 摘 要： | 以２，７－萘二酚为原料分别经三步反应合成了三个新型呋喃香豆素类似物４、９、１２。所有目标化合物及其中间体的结构均经1ＨＮＭＲ、ＭＳ、ＩＲ、元素分析充分表征。研究了化合物４和１２的光氧化反应，分离得到化合物１２的光氧化产物１８。

| Abstract: | Three angular furonaphthopWones 4,9,12 are regioselectively synthesized starting from 2,7-naphthalenediol in three steps.Structures of objective compounds and their precursors are fullycharacterized by 1H NMR, MS, IR, and elemental analysis. The photooxygenations of 4, 12 are investigatedand a hydroperoxide 18 is isolated and fully characterized. |
