中国服务业空间格局及差异研究

运用多指标综合评价法分析了我国各省服务业的总体发展水平与空间格局以及服务业内各行业的发展水平,并运用泰尔指数对我国服务业的区域差异进行分析.结果表明:东部沿海地区服务业总体发展水平较高,金融业、租赁和商务服务业、信息传输、计算机服务和软件业、科学研究、技术服务和地质勘查业等知识或技术密集型的服务业发展水平高,以北京和上海为最.中西部地区服务业总体发展水平较低.东、中、西三大地带服务业发展总体差异1990年到2004年扩大,2004年后开始缩小.东部地区内部差异和地带间差异对总体差异贡献最大.从2005年至今,社会服务性行业省际差异较小且逐渐缩小,高技术服务业省际较大且差异呈扩大趋势.

The Development Level of Service Industry and Regional Differences in China

Using the multi-indicator comprehensive evaluation method, this paper analyzed the development level of the overall service industry and 14 service sectors of 31 provinces in China. Using Theil index, this paper analyzed the spatial disparity and regional differences in Chinese service industry. The results were as follows： in the eastern coastal areas, there were higher development levels on service industry, the knowledge or technology intensive service industries such as financial industry, leasing and business services, information transmission, computer services and software industry, science research, technical services and geological prospecting industry were on a higher development level. The level of the above service sectors in Beijing and shanghai was the highest. The development levels of the service industries in the middle and western regions were low. The regional differences of service industry development level were expanding from 1990 to 2004, and began to shrink after 2004. The internal differences in the eastern region and the strip differences contributed the most to the overall differences. The regional differences of high-tech service sectors were high and expanding.
