| 摘 要： | 为了研究人为的财政分配是否有复杂理论所说的自组织现象,以及是否会对人口变化带来影响,采用复杂理论中的幂律模型方法,检试台湾省每年财政分配(4项)对各县市人口变化带来的影响.研究发现,若无最低限制,基本上取对数后都能呈现线性关系.因此财政分配效应仅可对人口产生暂时性的集约效果,而自组织的自我演化功能不受影响.
