本科教育中精英人才培养模式的建构

Research on the Elite Education Scheme in Undergraduate Education System

Elite education in higher education plays an important role,and the training for elite should begin at the undergraduate lever.With a view to the modern elite,the training pattern of elite is put forward.The following core contents are discussed: "small classes" refinement teaching strategy used in the training process of elite,the active learning based on constructivism theory,the assistant mechanisms mainly with doctoral students and the long-term participation in research projects and laboratory works.
