对数正态型通用备件满足率评估及需求量计算方法

摘    要:针对对数正态型通用备件满足率评估及需求量计算问题,采用平均寿命和方差近似原理,将对数正态型部件的寿命近似为伽玛分布,建立了对数正态型通用备件的满足率评估模型。结合备件满足率指标约束,开展了对数正态型通用备件的需求量计算。结合算例进行仿真分析,结果表明,在寿命对数标准差较低时,本文建立的对数正态型通用件备件满足率评估模型具有较高的评估精度,能够对不同寿命分布的对数正态通用备件配置方案进行评估,备件需求量计算方法能够在备件满足率指标约束下准确给出对数正态通用件配置方案,避免过度配置。提出的模型和采用的备件需求量计算方法能够为装备保障部门开展对数正态型通用备件配置方案满足率评估与确定提供理论支撑。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of fill rate evaluation and demand calculation of lognormal component commonality, the life of lognormal components is approximated to gamma distribution by using the principle of average life and variance approximation, and the fill rate evaluation model of lognormal component commonality is established. Combined with the constraint of spare parts fill rate index, the demand calculation of lognormal component commonality is carried out. The simulation analysis combined with an example shows that when the logarithmic standard deviation of life is low, the lognormal component commonality fill rate evaluation model established in this paper has high evaluation accuracy and can evaluate the lognormal component commonality spare parts configuration project with different life distributions. The calculation method of spare parts demand can accurately give the lognormal component commonality configuration project under the constraint of spare parts fill rate index, so as to avoid over configuration. The proposed model and the calculation method of spare parts demand can provide theoretical support for the equipment support department to evaluate and determine the lognormal component commonality configuration project.
