| 摘 要： | 开发建设博格达峰南北坡旅游资源，开发贯通达坂城－博格达峰－天地旅游线路具有重要的现实意义和深远的战略意义。本通过对国家政策及区域旅游资源状况及优势资源特征的分析评价，提出了对其开发的可行性和必要性的一些认识和理解，同时考虑和提出一些粗浅的开发建设方向和思路。

| Abstract: | Mount Bogda is the highest peak of East Tianshan mountains. Because of the great difference between the northern slope and southern slope and exceptional regional location, it has strong potency of developing tourism. On the basis of analyzing the current conditions of tourism on the northern slope, characteristics of tourism resources and national policy of developing tourism, some conceptions are put forward and the author thinks it is very necessary to link up the Dabanchen-Bogda-Tianchi tour route. |
