摘    要:针对一种冲压式气动系统,建立了冲压式气动系统的数学模型.考虑到系统的非线性特性,设计了一种基于PWM线性化的控制方法.由于冲压式气动系统结构的不确定性,气源压力的波动,负载大小的变化将导致系统数学模型的变化.针对系统参数的不确定性设计了舵机系统的控制器,并证明了在此控制器下系统的鲁棒稳定性.结果表明:系统的性能满足系统设计要求,基于PWM线性化的控制器设计具有较强的鲁棒性.

Abstract:The model of ram-air servo system was built, and a control methodology that enabled nonlinear model-based control of pulse width modulated the servo system was proposed. Because of the high nonlinear characteristics exhibited by pneumatic actuators due to the compressibility of air, the complicity of friction and the nonlinearity of valves, the controller was designed, and the problem of robust strict-sense Hurwitz stability was considered. Finally, the proposed method was verified through simulation and the performance was evaluated by experiments.
