| 摘 要： | 本文对稠油开发利用的经济评价和经营决策及其采、输、炼一体化内部利益合理分配问题,从不同的角度提出了三种符合一体化特点的稠油内部转移价格,并说明一体化最高决策者如何采用这三种定价方法做出最佳选择,实现最大利润。同时,借助胜利油田采、输、炼一体化项目讨论了上述有关问题。

| Abstract: | The existing double oil price system makes it difficult toprice the heavy crude oil recovered by steam injection process, and hinders the economic evaluation for the development of heavy crude oil and its utilization and the profits shared by the upstream and downstream sectors. This paper presents three kinds of internal transfer prices for heavy crude oil from different aspects and discusses how to use prices for optimum decision-making. Finally, the methods of nricing are especially addressed to the integration of recovery, transportation and refining of heavy crude oil in Shengli oil field. |
