论社会主义荣辱观的实现机制

改革开放以来,在向市场经济转轨的过程中,我国社会在相当的一些领域与地方存在着不同程度的价值错位与道德失范现象,影响着我国经济社会的健康发展。树立良好的社会风气是人民群众的企盼,“八荣八耻”是新时期每个公民的修德之基与立身之本。践行“八荣八耻”,加强教育是前提,从自己做起,从小事做起,从现在做起,知行合一是基本要求,父母、教师尤其是党的各级领导干部以身作则、率先垂范是重点,建立健全相关法律与制度,加大激励与约束力度是关键和保障。坚持教育、示范、导向、奖惩多管齐下,才能推动良好社会风气的形成。
