| Abstract: | In view of the existences problems in the management of the project at present, such as the responsibility systemfor corporation, the binding system for risktaking, the systems for scientific decision and examining, public call for tenders ofdesigns, supervision of designs, make use of the Value Engineering to optimize the investment project and so on are put forwardmany ways and measures, so that the investment control of the project preparatory stage be can strengthen. |
