| 摘 要： | 分析了一类特定的直运型供应链的订货策略的合作模型，直运型供应链是指出一个处于上游的供应商和若干下游的直运分销商组成的供应、销售网络，为了实现整个直运供应链的协调运作，必须设计有效的利益协调策略，首称根据直运供应链的特点设计了在对称信息下有效的折扣批量协调策略，然后运用信息揭示原理重点分析了系统存在信息不对称情况下，特别是直运分销商内部库存成本不公开时，原批量折扣协调策略保持有效性的条件，另外提出一种通过引入多阶段的不合作观察期来改进原折扣策略有效性的方法。

| Abstract: | The cooperative ordering policy model for a kind of lot for lot supply chain is analyzed. This supply chain is network composed of a supplier and several retailers. In order to coordinate the supply chain, a profit coordinating strategy or mechanism is designed. According to centralized optimal analysis, the profit sharing strategy is given. The validity conditions for the coordination strategy under asymmetry informationly using revelation principle is analyzed and an improved method based on non cooperative periods is given. |
