| 摘 要： | 办公自动化中,企业关键业务的处理离不开工作流技术的支持。通过对某研究院核心业务流程的分析与设计,建立了基于工作流技术的OA系统模型。该模型为企业办公自动化系统的设计与开发提供了借鉴和参考。
