固定液压升降台的优化设计

摘    要:对升降台进行动力学分析,建立剪叉机构的力学模型,确定了影响液压缸最大推力的关键参数,并利用MATLAB软件对这些参数进行优化设计。通过仿真优化,升降台的各项性能都得到了很大的改善,为剪叉式举升机构的设计提供理论依据,具有实际研究意义和工程使用价值。

Abstract:Lifting platform is kinetic analyzed, and the mechanics model of scissors mechanism is established, the key parameters of the hydraulic of maximum thrust are identified,they are optimized by MATLAB. Through simulation and optimization, The performance improved of lifting platform, which not only provide the theory basis for design of the fork type lifting organization,but also possess the actual research significance and the project use value.
