摘    要:超声电机(Ultrasonic Motor,简称USM)是近二十年发展起来的一种全新原理的电机。超声电机瞬态特性测试是实现其瞬态控制的基础。基于虚拟仪器技术,设计硬件触发电路、软件滤波和数据采集、测试、分析系统,克服以往硬件和软件设计带来的误差,实现了对超声电机启动和关断的速度曲线和响应时间等参数的准确测试。经试验证明,超声电机具有毫秒级的响应时间,同时检测系统结构简单,具有一定的通用性和可行性。

Abstract:Ultrasonic Motor (USM) is a new kind of motor which is being developed in the recent twenty years. Transient characteristic test of USM is the base of transient control. Based on virtual instrumentation, hardware trigger circuit, software filter, data acquisition, test and analysis system was designed, the errors caused by hardware and software has been overcome, it realized precise measurement for the parameters such as Speed curve and response time of start-up and turn-off. The experiment proved that USM is of millisecond response times, and the system is simple, practical and feasible.
