| Abstract: | In dealing with the problem of image formation, plane or sphercal refraction surfaces are replaced by lenses. One can first study the lens and then proceed to study images formed by an interface, this is the reverse of what most textbooks do. This analysis is simpie and suitable for teaching of introductory physics courses. |
