| 摘 要： | 突发性道路堵塞对运输费用具有较大的影响，评价交通网络的抗堵塞能力成为值得关注的问题。本文提出了一个度量交通网络抗堵塞能力的指标——抗堵塞系数，旨在为运输规划人和交管部门提供决策依据。在对任意起讫点对之间、一条路径及整个网络抗堵塞系数的性质进行了分析后，给出了抗堵塞系数的算法和算法复杂性，最后进行了算例说明。

| Abstract: | The unexpected blockages have great effect on transportation cost. Evaluating the anti-blockage capability of a transportation network is getting a focus. In order to giving a suggestion to policy-maker, a concept of anti-blockage coefficient is proposed for the anti-blockage capability measure on a transportation network. The characters of anti-blockage coefficient and its complexity are analyzed for arbitrary couple of vertices, a road and a network. Finally, an algorithm is proposed. A numeral example is given. |
