| 摘 要： | 随着中国经济的不断发展及对外交流的日益增多,法律英语作为特种用途英语的分支正在中国迅速发展起来。然而,传统的大学英语教学不能满足培养涉外法律专业人才的语言提高需求。对此,本文提出了案例教学法,并阐述了案例教学的主要特点及应用。

| Abstract: | With the development of Chinese economy ,legal English as one branch of ESP is developing rapidly also. While the traditional college English can not meet the needs of cultivating more talents in the legal field of dealing with foreign affairs. Therefore, This essay put forward case-teaching method and illustrated the main characteristic and application of it in practice. |
