表面改性对氮化硅粉体及其涂层影响的研究

摘    要:采用正硅酸乙酯水解法在氮化硅粉体表面包覆二氧化硅进行表面改性,并用改性后的粉体在石英基体表面涂层,通过IR、TG-DTA、XRD等对其结果进行了表征,结果表明氮化硅粉体在硅溶胶中达到了良好的分散,且改性后的氮化硅粉体的抗氧性提高,烧结温度降低,且制得涂层表面光滑,附着力良好,与基体结合牢固.

Abstract:Si3N4 powders coated by SiO2 were prepared by hydrolysis procedure of TEOS,and by using modified powders in quartz matrix surface for coating.The Si3N4 powders modified were characterized by IR,TG/ DTA,XRD,and so on.The results showed that:the stability of suspension was improved when Si3N4 was modified;the Oxidation-Resistance was improved;the Sintering temperature was reduced;The coating with smooth surface,good adhesion and solid.
