论高校图书馆工作的服务和发展方向

摘    要:在分析目前高校图书馆工作面临主要问题的基础上,提出了相应的解决措施,指出高校图书馆工作应从“以书为本”向“以人为本”的方向转变,树立“一切为了读者,全心全意为读者服务”的思想,切实维护读者的权益,才能不断提高服务的质量和水平。

Abstract:Based on analyzing the main problems in the work of university library cur rently,this paper puts forward corresponding measures,and points out that the working direction of uni versity library should be transform ed from"the book -based service"into"the people -based service",establish the idea of"everything is for the readers and serve the readers wholeheartedly",protect the legal rights of the read ers practically,and increase the quality and level of the service continuously.
