| 摘 要： | 随着传统货代盈利模式被打破,市场竞争环境进一步严峻,我国国际货代业不得不向TPL战略转型,这对从业人员提出了更高要求。通过问卷调查清晰呈现出现有货代从业队伍结构存在的问题,有针对性地提出调整、优化从业人员结构的途径与策略。

| Abstract: | Whit the breakdown of traditional profit model,and facing increasingly austere competition environment,international freight forwarder has to relocate their functions as modern TPL(Third-Part Logistics) suppliers.This transfer requires its crew much more.This paper presents clearly current problems in employee's structure of international freight forwarding enterprises based on the result of questionnaire survey,and puts forward some corresponding approaches and strategies to adjust and optimize the employee's structure. |
