| 摘 要： | 本文研究了拓扑矢量空间的子空间上的连续线性泛函的延拓，我们得出了下面新的结果；设Ｌ是复数域Ｋ上拓扑向量空间，并且ｆ是定义在Ｌ的子空间Ｍ上一个连续线性泛函，如果Ｍ＝Ｌ或Ｍ是有限余维的，则ｆ可以连续线性延拓到Ｌ上。
