| Abstract: | This studies the process to make a new additive, orange emulsion for drink industry with a static mixer. The factors that effect the steadiness of orange emulsion and the way increasing the steadiness have been found. These provide basis for choosing optimization conditions in developing new field applied of static mixer to make orange emulsion. It has good benefit. |
