电泳在核酸纳米探针中的研究进展

摘    要:近年来,核酸纳米探针的应用日益广泛,核酸纳米探针的分离表征手段的研究也得到了迅速发展,其中发展最快、应用最多的是电泳法,该方法已成为研究核酸纳米探针表面电荷和表面形态表征的主要手段之一。文章主要介绍了凝胶电泳法分离核酸纳米探针的原理,以及表面电荷对电泳分离过程的影响,评述了电泳方法在核酸纳米探针表征中的应用,并对前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Electrophoresis is an important method for studying nucleic acid. Recently, more and more attention is focused on the nanoparticle / nucleic acid conjugates. The nanopartilce/nucleic acid conjugates can be isolated by electrophoresis, even if there are a few slight differences between the conjugates; furthermore, the method can characterize the conformation and the particle surface charge of conjugates, so this is potentially a very powerful tool. In this paper, the principle of electrophoretic isolation of nanoparticle/ nucleotide conjugates was summarized. On one hand, the influence of the particle surface charge on the electrophoretic mobility has been explained clearly, on the other hand, the relationship between the conformation of conjugates and mobility has been reviewed. In addition, the actual state of affairs and the prospect of this means were discussed.
