摘    要:本文对槽内溶液空气搅拌的浓度场进行了研究。在一长方体的有机玻璃的空气搅拌槽内,加入色,选择有代表性的12个点,定点,定时取样,再作光度测定。这些定性及定量的结果,为优化生产设计提供了一些经验规律和理论上的依据。

Abstract:The concentration field of air agitated tank solution is studied in this paper.Coloring matter was put into a rectangular organic glass air agitated tank, 12 representative spots were chosen where samples were obtained at proposed time and analysised by a photometer. Statistics U was brought in to show the agitation efficiency.The effect of several factors of air agitation such as pore distance, air distributor length Lbp,wind quantum Q,time t and the tube distance of two-tubes distribution on U was measured and analysed. An optimal agitation condition was concluded. A dimensionless formula of U about Q, Lbp, L and t was induced through dimension analysis. The time when a certain U is obtained at a given condition can be calculated from this formula. Explanation of the physical meaning and application examples of this formula are given. Some empirical rules and theory which may be helpful in production and design have been derived form both quantitative and qualitative results.
