摘    要:利用二次回归正交试验设计,考查了含铁尘泥小球的加入量,混合料水分,配碳量对垂直烧结速度及烧结矿的转鼓指数、成品率、FeO含量的影响。试验结果表明,含铁尘泥制成小球,配入烧结料中进行烧结,可以改善烧结料粒度组成。使垂直烧结速度、成品率及烧结矿质量均有所提高。该法为冶金厂含铁尘泥综合利用提供了有效途径。

Abstract:Experiments of orthogonal regression design were conducted to investi-gate the effects of ferrous dust pellets added, water content of mixture andcarbon content added on sintering process. including vertical sintering rate,drum test index of sinters, the rate of finished products and FeO content. Itis proved that adding pellets made from ferrous dust in sintering materialswill improve its size grading and hence the quality of sinters, as well as thevertical sintering rate and the rate of finished products. The practice providesan effective way to convert comprehensively the waste ferrous dust into use-ful materials in many metallurgical works.
