摘    要:河北省属于水资源较为缺乏的地区,水资源的可持续利用对河北省经济社会可持续发展具有重要意义.本文分别建立了以水质为标准和以灰水足迹为标准的水污染程度评价指标,采用灰水足迹的方法对河北省水资源进行水质—水量评价.结果表明:1)2013年河北省的灰水足迹为242.41×108 m3,相比2005年下降了19.7%,2005—2013年河北省的灰水足迹整体呈现下降趋势.2)2种水污染程度评价指标的走势大体相同,说明水质性缺水状况可以粗略地用本文计算的灰水足迹进行表征.3)2005—2013年间河北省的灰水足迹远大于当年河北省的水资源量,呈现出明显的水质性缺水特征.

Abstract:Hebei Province is one of the water-shortage regions in northern China,sustainable utilization of water resources is of great significance to the economic and social development in Hebei Province.In this study,two water pollution evaluation indexes based on water quality and grey water footprint were established respectively;the method of grey water footprint was adopted to evaluate water resources in Hebei Province.Grey water footprint in Hebei Province in 2013 was found to be 242.41× 108 m3,a decrease of 19.7% compared with 2005,showing a downward trend from 2005 to 2013.The tendencies of the two indexes were similar,indicating that pollution-induced water shortage can be characterized roughly by grey water footprint.The grey water footprint in Hebei Province was larger than the amount of water resources;this presented a clear characteristic of water shortage because of water quality pollution.
