摘    要:运用洛伦兹曲线、基尼系数及不平衡指数方法,以南水北调中线工程和东线工程受水区为例,探究调水前后水资源与人口、GDP、土地利用及降水量之间的空间匹配程度,以期为跨流域调水配置的决策提供参考依据.研究结果表明,调水后的基尼系数和不平衡指数均有所下降,说明调水工程对缓解水资源空间匹配的不平衡现状起到一定促进作用,水资源与各要素间的协调发展程度得到改善.研究对分析跨流域调水受水区的水资源空间匹配现状具有一定实际意义.

Abstract:Inter-basin water transfer projects have important practical significance in exploitation and utilization of water resources and optimizing water resources allocation.To provide some reference for interbasin water transfer,the spatial matching degree between water resources and population,GDP,land use and precipitation before and after water transfer was explored using Lorenz curve,Gini coefficient and unbalanced index,for the middle line and east line intake area of South-North Water Transfer Project.Gini coefficient and unbalanced index were found to have declined after water transfer,indicating that water transfer project had promotional effect to ease unmatched situation in spatial matching of water resources,and to coordinate development degree between water resources and other influencing factors.The present work will have practical significance in analyzing spatial matching of water resources in intake area of inter-basin water transfer.
