石油化工泵用机械密封的可靠性分析

摘    要:利用威布尔分布参数估计与故障分析相结合的方法对齐鲁石化公司炼油厂工艺装置各种类型离心泵用机械密封作了可靠性分析。通过分析得出各种不同介质、不同工作条件、不同摩擦副材料和不同结构的机械密封具有不同的威布尔指数等可靠性参数。与故障分析结合,对故障采取有效的纠正措施并找出进一步改进的方向。文中针对现场出现的问题,介绍了采用平衡型密封、冲洗等辅助措施及汽相密封、流体动压密封和合适摩擦副材料配对等改进措施,对威布尔参数分析用于机械密封可靠性分析提出一些看法,有利于炼油工艺装置泵机械密封的故障分析和技术改进。

Abstract:In this paper the method of trouble shooting with WeibullDistribution statistical analysis on the process pump MFS (Mechanical Face Seals) reliability and the reliability analysis of various types MFS of Shengli Petroleum Refinery under Qilu Petrochemical Corporation are presented. Such reliability parameters as Weibull Index of MFS can be obtained by reliability analysis and estimation for various media, operating conditions material of friction pairs and constructions. With Weibull analysis remedial measures for some troubles and improvement on these seals are found out. In this refinery the balanced type of MFS, auxiliary equipment such as flushing, cooling, heating etc., vapor phase seals, hydrodynamical seals and the proper mating materials of friction couples are used. Some viewpoints on the further improvement of process pump MFS by Weibull analysis are also presented. These recommendations are good for trouble shooting and technical management of petrochemical process pumps MFS.
