利加隆联合甘利欣治疗慢性重度乙型肝炎的疗效观察

目的　探讨利加隆联合甘利欣治疗慢性重度乙型肝炎的疗效 .方法　将慢性重度乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各 4 6例 ,治疗组给予利加隆口服和甘利欣注射 ,对照组给予奥泰乐口服和强力宁注射 ,肝功能正常后分别改甘利欣、强力宁注射为甘利欣胶囊、甘草甜素片口服 ,继续联合用药 3个月后停药 .治疗前后进行病毒学指标、肝功复常时间以及停药后反跳情况的比较 ,疗程中比较第 2、4周两组间肝功能丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)、门冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)的均值 .结果　两组均有疗效 ,但治疗组在某些症状、ALT、AST、球蛋白 (G )及其复常时间以及停药后反跳情况、乙肝DNA阴转方面明显优于对照组 .结论　利加隆联合甘利欣是临床治疗慢性重度乙型肝炎的一个理想的治疗方案

An Observation of the Effectiveness in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B Severe Type with Legalon and Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate

Objective: To evaluate the synergistic efficacy of Legalon and Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Injection in the treatment chronic hepatitis B severe type. Methods: Patients of CHB were enrolled in the prospective randomized study, 46 cases in trial group received Legalon and Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Injection, After the liver function of patients was normal, the Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate were taken orally, then continued the combination therapy for three months. The clinical symptom and sign, liver function, serum marker and virus DNA were checked. Results: The trial group was better than the control significantly in the improvement of the marker observed, and the bounce rate of the marker in trial group was less than those in the control group. Conclusion: Our results suggested the combination of Legalon and Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Injection is a good therapy project in CHB severe type.
