摘    要:利用响应面分析法对甘草粗多糖提取工艺条件进行优化,在单因素试验基础上选取液料比、时间和温度3个因素,以甘草粗多糖提取率为响应值,对提取工艺条件进行优化,得到甘草粗多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:液料比31∶1,时间2.1 h,温度63℃,在此条件下提取率可达10.23%。

Abstract:In order to optimize the extraction conditions of Glycyrrhiza polysaccharides( GPS), test factors and levels were firstly select- ed by one-factor tests. On the basis of previous results, the method of response surface methodology (RSM) with 3 factors and 3 levels was adopted. Response surface and contour are finally graphed with the extraction rate of GPS as the response value. The results showed that the optimum conditions of GPS extraction are : ratio of water to material of 31 : 1, extraction time of 2.1 h, extraction tem- perature of 63℃ , the extraction rate of GPS is up to 10.23%.
