基于热象技术的电缆火险隐患诊断研究

摘    要:提出了一种基于电缆表面的红外热图象对电缆的火险隐患进行在线诊断的方法。根据电缆的表面温度、结构参数、物性参数和环境温度,通过建立传热数学模型,对电缆的线芯工作温度进行了反演计算,并与电缆的允许工作温度进行比较,实现了电缆火险隐患的非接触、在线诊断。

Abstract:A latent fire hazard diagnosis method, which is based on infrared thermal images of electric cable surfaces, is presented in this paper. A mathematical model, in which surface temperature, structure parameters, physical characteristics and environmental temperature are considered, is constructed for the inversion calculation of the working temperature of cable core. The working temperature is then compared with allowed working temperature to realize noncontact, on line diagnosis of latent fire hazard from the cable.
