| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省耕地质量的状况不容乐观，耕地持续生产能力低，耕地生态环境恶化，限制黑龙江省耕地土壤生产能力的“低、费、污”问题已经逐步成为耕地土壤质量新一轮的核心问题。以“藏粮于地”的理念，替代“藏粮于库”的做法；加强耕地质量保护，加快实施“沃土工程”；建立耕地质量保护机制，实施耕地质量保护工程。参6。

| Abstract: | The envrionment of cropland in Heilongjiang province is deteriorating continuously, and the situation of cropland quality is a very serious problem at present.lt can be described as " low productivity, high cost and high pollution".This is the key problem appearing in recent years at the research of farmland quality, and it will limit the agricultural sustainability greatly. Improving soil quality and enhancing cropland protection will be the most important tasks to store grain in soil, other than store grain in stock. |
