火箭发动机喷管螺旋槽加工方法的研究

摘    要:阐述了用四轴联动数控铣床在火箭发动机喷管外表面上加工螺旋槽(斜航线)的数学基础,原理和方法,并介绍了在生成数控加工程序的自动编程软件的设计思想和方法,螺旋槽实际加工的成功证明了文章观点的正确性和螺旋槽加工方案的可行性。

Abstract:The mathematical basis and processing principle for the manufacturing of helical grooves on rocket engine nozzle outward surface by a specially designed four axis simultaneous move CNC milling machine are presented. An auto programming software, an auxiliary tool used to generate the NC processing program, is also briefly introduced. The successful manufacturing of the helical groove has fully proved the correctness of the authors' viewpoints and the feasibility of the machining plan.
