教育资金分配的多目标规划模型

如何提高办学的经济效益是一个复杂的决策问题，存在着多方面的利益冲突．表现在资金分配，人事安排，行政管理诸因素之间存在许多矛盾。针对这个问题，我们打破了传统的分析方法，首先根据大专院校的实际情况建立了多目标规划模型，然后利用该目标规划模型靠计算机辅助，对某高校办学经济效益进行分析。最后根据分析和计算结果，对如何提高办学效益提出自己的看法。

How to raise economic benefit of runing college is a complex problem. There are many conflict in interests, It show many contradiction amony administrative management, personnal arrangement. Facing this problems we break from traditional analytic method, First we build up a goal programming model according to college's situation. Then using computer and this model, we analyse the economic benefit of runing college. Finaly we give our some propose for how to raise economic benefit of runing college.
